Taro ist eine violette Süßkartoffel aus Südostasien – cremig, nussig und unverkennbar lila. In unserem Signature Drink verbinden wir frisches Taropulver mit zarter Milch und weichen Tapioka-Perlen. Das Ergebnis? Ein Getränk, das süchtig macht – bei uns schon seit dem ersten Tag ein Liebling.
Matcha ist ein fein gemahlener Grüntee aus Japan, der seit Jahrhunderten in der japanischen Teezeremonie verwendet wird. Er hat einen intensiven, leicht bitteren Geschmack mit einer erdigen Note – und enthält natürliches Koffein sowie L-Theanin für eine ruhige Energie ohne Absturz.
Unser Frappy ist der Klassiker schlechthin – ein cremig-eiskalter Blended-Drink auf Milchbasis. Wähl einfach deinen Lieblingsfruchgeschmack aus unserer Auswahl und wir mixen dir deinen perfekten Frappy. Jeder Schluck ist wie ein kleines Dessert – perfekt für heiße Tage oder als süße Auszeit.
Tapioka-Perlen stammen aus der Maniokwurzel und sind die klassische Zutat im Bubble Tea. Sie werden frisch gekocht, in braunem Zuckersirup karamellisiert und mit eiskalter Frischmilch kombiniert. Das Ergebnis ist ein vollmundiger Drink mit dem unverwechselbaren Kau-Erlebnis, das Bubble Tea so besonders macht.
Frischer griechischer Joghurt trifft auf echtes Kirsch-Kompott – leicht säuerlich, cremig und dabei erfrischend leicht. Das Getränk kommt ohne künstliche Aromen aus und ist weniger süß als die meisten unserer anderen Drinks. Ideal für alle, die es frisch-fruchtig mögen.
Das Bánh Mì ist das vietnamesische Sandwich schlechthin – ein knuspriges Baguette gefüllt mit gegrilltem Fleisch, eingelegtem Gemüse, frischem Koriander und scharfer Chili-Sauce. Bei uns wird es täglich frisch zubereitet. Die perfekte Mahlzeit, wenn man schnell und gut essen möchte.

Food options: the menu is small but it is understandable since it appears to be run by a couple so the demand to maintain a large food menu would be difficult. My partner and I ordered Bun Bo Hue and Pho and we completely finished it with the broth gone. It was pretty good, its hard to find decent places that do good Vietnamese foods. The Bun Bo Hue had a great amount of spice and the broth for the pho was amazing. But for the pho, it would be nice if had the meat a bit more thin and rare (like tai nam or tail sac) or if they had thai basil avaliable but that might limited the number of ingredients readily avaliable in the area. But if anyone is looking for a familiar vietnamese warm hearty food after travelling, this might be your spot! (We came from Sydney, Australia where we have a mini vietnam comparable so to find this spot here, I would say it is almost just as good)
